A passion handed down from generation to generation and manifested in the complete care for all the gifts our land has to offer: from the vineyard to the olive grove, from the vegetable garden to the fruit trees.

Manual and artisanal care for every bunch. Only 2000 bottles per year to prioritize quality over quantity, following the tradition of Grandma Maria.

We respect natural rhythms without ever forcing the processes: we wait for full maturation and let the wines freely express the richness of the terroir.
A TERROIR THAT TELLS A STORY
Our vineyards grow in a unique environment where Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese for the reds, and the precious Fiano for the whites, absorb the essences of a very rich territory.
The fruit trees surrounding the vineyard: apple, pear, hazelnut, olive, and citrus trees, are silent accomplices that enrich the soil and give our wines those distinctive notes that make them unmistakable.
Fiano: Our White Jewel
Our Fiano is influenced by the natural ecosystem that surrounds it, developing notes of apple and pear that tell the story of our territory. Its evolutionary capacity makes it a wine that can surprise over time, enriching itself with spicy notes.
Appearance: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections, intense and lively.
Nose: pleasant mineral hints intertwine with delicate floral notes, apple, citrus, and herbaceous nuances.
Palate: fresh and balanced, lightly structured. Dry, lively and savory, with a full and soft taste supported by good acidity.
Food pairing: ideal served at 10-12 degrees with seafood, shellfish, fish pasta dishes, risottos, grilled fish, and hard cheeses.
Red: The Harmony Of Three Souls
Our blend is born from the union of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese, three varieties that find their most authentic expression in these soils, harmonized by the Irpinia terroir into a single unforgettable experience.
Appearance: Intense ruby red with slight garnet reflections.
Nose: Complex bouquet where vanilla intertwines with wild berries, revealing nuances of aromatic herbs.
Palate: Full, velvety flavor, of great elegance. Soft tannins give pleasantness, intensity, and body.
Food pairings: Perfect with hearty first courses, grilled red meat main courses, and traditional savory dishes.
