Il nostro Fiano è influenzato dall’ecosistema naturale che lo circonda, sviluppando note di mela e pera che raccontano la storia del nostro territorio. La sua capacità evolutiva lo rende un vino che sa sorprendere nel tempo, arricchendosi di note speziate.
All’occhio: giallo paglierino carico con riflessi verdolini, intenso e vivace.
Al naso: sentori minerali piacevoli si intrecciano con delicate note floreali, mela, agrumi e sfumature erbacee.
In bocca: fresco ed equilibrato, leggermente strutturato. Secco, vivo e sapido, con un gusto pieno e morbido sostenuto da buona acidità.
A tavola: ideale servito a 10-12 gradi con frutti di mare, crostacei, primi di pesce, risotti, pescato alla griglia e formaggi a pasta dura.
